We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at GORUCK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR functions and office administration, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. As an HR and Administration Generalist, you will coordinate recruitment schedules, review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews. You will also facilitate new hire onboarding checklists, maintain accurate record-keeping, and perform departure activities. Additionally, you will oversee timely performance reviews, documentation, and employee recognition, and administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and cancellations.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in finance, human resource management, or similar field
* 2+ years of human resources generalist experience, including working knowledge of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
* Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, etc.)
* Highly organized, with an intense attention to detail, tenacity, and resourcefulness
