Welcome to Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, a remarkable establishment situated in the vibrant heart of Tampa. With 210 elegantly designed guest rooms and 13,042 sq ft of adaptable meeting space, our hotel offers more than just a stay; it delivers an experience. Position Overview:
Pyramid Global Hospitality is a leading and expanding global hotel management company. We are in search of a Food Runner to join our team and contribute to a culture that prioritizes its people.

Role Expectations:
We seek a passionate Food and Beverage professional dedicated to hospitality and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food to tables promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables, stocking service stations, and supporting servers to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Help clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
  • Consistently reset all service-ware as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock of service stations for all meal periods, including silverware, linens, and condiments.
  • Serve guests beverages, breads, and butter to enhance their dining experience and replenish as needed.
  • Embrace teamwork and adhere to cleanliness policies.
  • Transport dirty tableware from the dining area to the dishwashing station for proper cleaning.
  • Participate in monthly departmental meetings.
  • Memorize table and seat numbers in the dining room and bar.
  • Follow the opening and closing side work checklist for the Food Runner position.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Food Runner is preferred.
