Key Responsibilities- Clean, install, service, repair, and refurbish complex vacuum equipment and systems in a service center and at customer sites.
- Adhere to all quality and safety procedures of the company, including those at customer sites, and abide by the corporate Code of Conduct.
- Use a wide range of hand and power tools, measuring devices, meters, and scopes to install, test, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues.
- Record activities and complete necessary documentation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in electro-mechanical equipment and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
- Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to accurately use scales and measurement equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
This role will work primarily in a service center with occasional travel to customer sites. The work environment is indoor and climate-controlled, with a focus on safety and quality.
