Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Supplier Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our supplier base and increase revenue. You will work closely with our Trade product and Client Management teams, as well as sales and operations partners, to ensure successful sales and implementation of our Citi Supplier Finance (CSF) product.

You will be the primary point of contact for our supplier engagement program and will work closely with Treasury/Finance Directors at supplier organizations to sell our Payables product offerings. Your goal will be to identify new opportunities, monitor current performance, and coordinate implementation of existing mandates.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to grow our supplier base and increase revenue
- Collaborating with our Trade product and Client Management teams to ensure successful sales and implementation of our CSF product
- Working closely with Treasury/Finance Directors at supplier organizations to sell our Payables product offerings
- Identifying new opportunities and monitoring current performance with clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
- ~8+ years of relevant experience in electronic banking channels with good knowledge of corporate banking practices in the cash management space
- Exposure to and understanding of business analysis, sales, data, and system analysis
- Demonstrated ability to self-direct work efforts, meet deadlines, take initiative, and produce consistent high-quality work
- German, French, or Spanish speaking is a plus

Benefits:
