Job Overview

At 5TH HQ LLC, we are looking for a highly skilled Sales Administrator / Office Coordinator to join our sales team. This role is critical in providing administrative support to drive sales effectiveness and deliver exceptional customer service.

As a Sales Administrator / Office Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders and account statuses.
  • Reviewing pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure superior customer service.
  • Providing data and insights to support the sales team in achieving objectives.

You will also assist with tax filing and support accountants in tax preparation and filing processes.

To excel in this role, you will need proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach. In-depth knowledge of sales metrics and performance indicators is necessary. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, is also required.

Based on industry standards and regional costs in Charlotte, NC, we estimate an annual salary of approximately $55,000.
