Quality Assurance Analyst III

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst III to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our Governance & Control department, you will be responsible for ensuring overall service and/or department quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to set quality standards and identify opportunities for process improvements to advance service quality and/or streamline functions.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to less experienced staff, lead and execute more complex projects, and recommend and implement department training needs.
- System Knowledge: Maintain and develop expert knowledge of company and/or department systems, assist with system implementation/conversion, and consult with management as needed.
- Quality Control: Coordinate quality control and/or compliance activities, create manuals, reports, and documents, and make updates as needed.
- Employee Development: Develop, recommend, facilitate, and/or coordinate Employee training, monitor Employee and/or division performance to ensure compliance with department and/or company standards.
- Communication: Contribute to a positive, ethical, and respectful working environment, communicate openly with others, and model company culture internally and externally.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below.
- Experience: 5+ years related experience required, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven time management and organizational skills, strong computer skills, and ability to work flexible hours.
- Skills: Proven problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to work as an active participant in a team as well as independently, experience in a unpredictable and fast-paced environment, and proven ability to be detail-oriented.
