We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our Direct-to-Consumer Organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations QA and Trials team.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and write requirements to assist in the management of trial users, trial app distribution, maintenance, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Technology Delivery, PMO, Development, and Product Teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor Slack, Centercode, and Trial Inbox for issues and escalate tickets to the proper business owners.
- Provide timely responses to internal and external customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- 3+ years of experience in a BA/QA analyst role.
- Experience working with Centercode and knowledge of visualization or dashboard tools like Tableau, Power BI, or JQL.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to ask probing questions and provide timely responses.
- Experience working within an agile environment and workflows.
