• Uphold company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to maintain compliance.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
