Responsibilities

As a Management Intern, you'll have the opportunity to develop skills in fleet management, customer service, marketing, and leadership. You'll work on intern projects and engage in friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

To be eligible for this internship, you must be a Senior graduating by May 2026, have a Business or Communications related major, and have 6 months of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience. You must also have a valid US driver's license for one year and be authorized to work in the United States. We will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as required by, and consistent with, applicable law.

Location

This internship is located at one of our rental branches on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. You must be living on the Eastern Shore of Maryland for the summer of 2025 and be able to start at the end of May 2025. You must also be able to commit to a 30-40 hour work week and 12 weeks.
