Desktop Support Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven individual to join our team as a Desktop Support Specialist in North Berwick, Maine.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide workstation software break-fix support
  • Perform IMAC tasks, including PC installs, moves, adds, and changes
  • Load images and manage assets
  • Support printer operations and client center (tech bar) activities
  • Update IT service management systems and perform other client support duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in desktop support is desired, with training provided for entry-level new hires
  • Knowledge of PC imaging and experience with change management and incident management
  • Proficiency in using tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, and Secure Disk Wipe
  • Must be within driving distance of North Berwick, Maine, and willing to work onsite
  • U.S. citizenship status is required due to a government contract
