Key Responsibilities- Patient Financial Process: Oversee the patient financial process to ensure accurate and timely processing of patient payments, including copayments, deductibles, and self-pay.
- Verification and Data Entry: Verify that all necessary information is complete and accurate, including demographics, referrals, authorizations, billing codes, diagnoses, and other relevant data.
- Batch Processing: Complete end-of-day batch processing, including reconciliation of patient schedules and time-of-service payments, within established time frames.
- Experience: Two years of experience in a physician's medical office practice.
- Skills: Proficient in English language and computer appointment scheduling skills. Familiarity with medical office procedures and medical terminology.
