Patient Service Representative

The Patient Service Representative plays a vital role in facilitating the flow of data between patients, providers, and insurance companies. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless interactions and accurate processing of referrals.
Key Responsibilities:- Process referrals for Managed Care clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication with patients and providers.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including forms and data entry.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate degree and two years' experience in a medical office environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
