Overview

As the Sales Director for Utility Solutions, you will lead a sales team and collaborate with senior leadership to shape sales strategy and drive revenue growth in the utilities market. If you have experience leading sales teams and a strong track record in the utilities market, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute sales strategy to support revenue growth
  • Lead, train, and advise sales team for sustained success
  • Secure North American Energy Utility Providers as new customers
  • Maintain customer relationships and provide support, information, and guidance
  • Pursue new opportunities, identify service improvements, and implement profit enhancements
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years experience leading a dispersed sales team
  • 7 years successful industry outside sales/sales management experience
  • Demonstrated success selling into the utilities market and calling on IOU's, Co-ops, and EPC's
  • Strong self-motivation, willingness to travel, and wire and cable expertise preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
