Regional Sales Manager

About the Role:
This position is responsible for managing the sales of company's products and services within a defined database. The successful candidate will ensure consistent profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and deployment of strategies. Key objectives include identifying objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short-term and long-term sales and earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new business, manage inbound customer inquiries, and grow existing business to generate sales.
- Document information gathered from customers in the CRM system.
- Meet sales metric requirements, financial goals, and corporate objectives.
- Perform sales activities on major accounts, negotiate sale price and discounts.
- Provide technical consultation and create and execute long-term and short-term strategies.
- Be responsible for growth of new accounts as well as focus on maintaining existing accounts.
- Work with current customers and prospects to meet desired sales and service needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of technical sales experience in aftermarket sales, with experience in industrial applications required.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, team, and networking skills.
- Negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including skills in delivering persuasive presentations.
- Outstanding work ethic and drive.
- Detailed driven with the ability to multi-task.
- Highest level of integrity and professionalism.
