  • Ensure that our store is merchandised to standards and that all visual displays are attractive and appealing to customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Positive background check required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Strong leadership and training skills.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
  • Ability to climb via step stool or ladder.
