Key Responsibilities:
- Develop computational strategies to analyze signals from extracellular vesicles derived from human samples.
- Perform multi-omic analyses on human biospecimens and related datasets.
- Utilize public data to explore early disease transitions from minimally invasive samples.
- Assist in the design and analysis of data from cellular biology experiments to validate key hypotheses.
- Stay updated with scientific literature to maintain technical expertise.
- Collaborate with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and external partners.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A PhD in computational biology, systems biology, bioinformatics, computer science, or a related discipline, with 2-4 years of relevant industry or postdoctoral experience.
- Expertise in computational support for wet-lab experimental design, including power analysis and Bayesian planning.
- Hands-on experience with modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with next-generation sequencing (NGS) techniques and collaboration with experimental biologists.
- Experience in analyzing -omics data (e.g., RNA-seq, proteomics) using programming languages like R or Python.
- Knowledge of statistical inference and machine learning methodologies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting scientific data to diverse audiences.
- A detail-oriented, flexible, and inquisitive mindset.
