Position Summary:

We are in search of a driven and customer-oriented Business Development Associate to contribute significantly to our mission. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in broadening our clients' customer reach and advocating for their products and services. As a vital part of our business development unit, you will collaborate closely with clients to grasp their specific requirements and implement impactful customer enrollment and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their offerings and target demographics, crafting customized customer acquisition and engagement plans.
  • Identify and connect with prospective customers through direct outreach initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with potential customers, guiding them through the enrollment journey while addressing their inquiries.
  • Leverage customer relationship management (CRM) tools to monitor leads, interactions, and engagement progress.
  • Work alongside internal teams to synchronize strategies with overarching company objectives, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, actively seeking opportunities for professional growth.
  • Compile and deliver regular reports to clients, highlighting the success and impact of customer acquisition and engagement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
  • Some proven experience in business development, sales, or customer acquisition roles is advantageous.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to establish rapport and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or surpassing targets.
  • A self-motivated individual capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with specific industries or markets relevant to our clients is a plus.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing client needs and industry dynamics.
  • Previous experience in relevant sectors is beneficial.
