About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative II at the Austin YMCA. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a seamless experience for our childcare program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enroll children in our childcare program and process related paperwork
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct fee assistance interviews and determine client eligibility for financial assistance
  • Process enrollment applications, adds, and drops, as well as maintain waitlists
  • Provide billing and payment information to clients and process related transactions
  • Compile enrollment and attendance data and maintain related files and records
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of our childcare program
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or two years of college
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
