We are seeking a talented and caring professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Staff My Agency. This is a low-pressure position focused on providing exceptional customer service for a well-established State Farm Agent.

As our Customer Service Representative, you will work to inspire customer loyalty and enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers as needed.
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Self-motivation and a detail-oriented approach.
  • The ability to work in a team environment and assess customer needs.
  • A Property Casualty license and a Life and Health license, which must be obtained prior to the start date.
