Job Overview

Aramark is seeking a skilled Route Sales Representative to build and maintain strong business relationships with customers, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Meet sales expectations, promote route growth, and focus on account retention to enhance market center profitability.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, providing outstanding service and having an account ownership mentality.
  • Product Management: Ensure products are loaded and unloaded safely, delivered on schedule, and stocked properly.
  • Operational Excellence: Verify daily vehicle maintenance, operate Company vehicles safely, and maintain a clean and organized truck.
  • Inventory Management: Install and maintain appropriate inventory levels at customer locations, ensuring quality and working condition.
  • Financial Acumen: Maintain accurate accounting of all monies and product daily, in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Communication: Practice attentive listening, communicate effectively under adverse conditions, and report on customer issues and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a position requiring heavy public contact.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing demands.
  • Proficient in selling product to customers.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license.
