AD Energy Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent client in the renewable natural gas sector, specializing in the development of RNG initiatives nationwide.

The Engineering Manager will be accountable for guiding and supervising various external design firms across several dynamic projects. This includes providing support for operations at existing facilities and overseeing the advancement of new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, manage, and lead engineering activities, encompassing research and innovation.
  • Serve as a pivotal figure in a team to define, design, assess, and validate new components and systems.
  • Establish relationships with component suppliers, define part quality standards, and develop assembly and testing protocols.
  • Create detailed resource allocations and timelines to achieve technical objectives, including the introduction of new products and designs.
  • Ensure the technical precision and integrity of the team's work and methodologies.
  • Oversee and coordinate the design processes for equipment and machinery.
  • Engage with various management levels regarding engineering initiatives.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of engineering assignments supporting Design/Development, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead projects involving multiple engineering disciplines.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in various engineering fields.
  • Ability to decompose complex engineering projects into manageable tasks for assignment and progress tracking.
  • Supervise the efforts of team members and external partners, establishing administrative procedures, policies, and standards, including environmental regulations.
