About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wastewater Treatment Plant Engineer to join our team at Omega Ventures. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our wastewater treatment plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the operation of our wastewater treatment plants, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects, and develop project plans and budgets.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to plant operators and maintenance personnel.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor plant operations and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in wastewater treatment plant operations and management.
  • Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
