We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Programmer/Operator to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for programming and operating various machines, as well as training and mentoring other technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Program and operate multiple machines, following detailed drawings and instructions.
- Carry out process improvements on current policies and procedures, and train other technicians.
- Read and understand blueprints, isometric drawings, and work orders.
- Receive and carry out directions from designated supervisors and production leads.
- Understand and comply with safety practices, including Hazardous Material Disposal activities.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly, FOD-free condition.
- Use common hand tools and precision measuring instruments, working to exacting tolerances.
- Understand and comply with Safety and 5S, AS9100, and Nadcap Practices and Procedures.
- Work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines.
- Be at work on time and maintain good attendance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in robotics programming and operation.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and automation principles.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, isometric drawings, and work orders.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
