Regulatory Compliance Analyst - Property and Casualty Insurance

About the Role:

Capstone Search Advisors is partnering with a national insurance company to find an experienced Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join their team in Cleveland, OH. This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility of remote and in-office work.

We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in the Property & Casualty insurance field. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of policies, a proven track record of making strategic decisions, and excellent critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage regulatory compliance for Property & Casualty insurance products, ensuring adherence to all state and federal regulations.
  • Develop, review, and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in regulatory compliance and offer guidance on complex compliance issues.
  • Analyze regulatory changes and provide recommendations to ensure the company's operations remain compliant.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into the company's processes.
  • Oversee regulatory filings, audits, and inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Play a decision-making role in shaping compliance strategies and risk management initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulatory filings.
  • Experience in a decision-making capacity within the Property & Casualty space (not limited to a filing analyst role).
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
