Job Title: HR Operations Associate

Patient First is seeking an experienced HR Operations Associate to join our team. As an HR Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and record-keeping.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position responsible for providing administrative support to our human resources team, including phone screening candidates and maintaining accurate applicant information.
  • You will also be responsible for scheduling interviews, conducting thorough reference checks, and supporting the preparation of new staff members for onboarding.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant information in the HRIS system as required;
  • Support the preparation of new staff members for onboarding;
  • Record meeting minutes for designated meetings.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred;
  • Proficiency in data entry skills;
  • Able to communicate effectively in a professional and positive manner;
  • Familiarity with software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • At least one year of clerical experience desired;

Salary: $44,000 - $54,000 per annum
