Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at Patient First. This role will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication with staff and management.

About the Job
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of clerical experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities
The HR Assistant will be responsible for phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, updating applicant information, conducting reference checks, and preparing items for mailing. Additionally, they will assist with preparation for onboarding new staff, record meeting minutes, maintain filing systems, order supplies, and use equipment as trained. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with confidential matters, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards patients and colleagues.
