Production Maintenance Specialist

CSAT Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Production Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and as-needed operational repairs of company equipment, machines, and building systems.
- Identify and repair mechanical or process faults within the ASRS/conveyor system, including electrical, mechanical, or PLC-related systems.
- Maintain constant mechanical reliability of the ASRS/conveyor system.
- Manage preventative maintenance, operational repair, and accident prevention plans for the ASRS.
- Manage and ensure the availability of spare parts for the ASRS.
- Interface with internal and external customers to support ASRS maintenance and provide maintenance status updates.
- Maintain detailed records and prepare communications as needed.
- Assist with facility repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Partner and assist with safety compliance and OSHA standards.
- Maintain and operate motorized and mobile equipment.
- Coordinate contractors and laborers as needed.
- Assist with training and troubleshooting of the ASRS as needed.
- Responsible for complying with and maintaining ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates degree in a related field, preferred.
- 3 or more years of facilities maintenance and forklift operations experience.
- 2 years or more of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- 1 year or more experience with ASRS systems, and/or electrical motors, conveyors, drives, and PLC controls.
- Ability to utilize motorized moving equipment, including order picker, swing reach, scissor lifts, etc.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings/schematics.
- Experienced with safety (OSHA) requirements.
- Experience coordinating with outside vendors.
- Experience with electrical/plumbing/construction.
- Email and written messaging with intermediate Excel knowledge. Familiarity with continuous improvement methods preferred.
- Proficient English abilities required.
- Ability to follow documented procedures, standards, and policies.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment with little to no supervision.
