Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead our sales growth efforts in the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and cosmetics, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Your Role

You will be responsible for directing an award-winning team at Bloomingdale's Valley Fair in Santa Clara, CA. Your primary goal will be to develop strategies and build the Clarins business, creating maximum impact through at-counter animations and new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, empowering your team to meet daily sales goals and review specific goals for focus products.
  • Motivate counter staff to achieve sales targets and maintain a daily communication log to keep everyone informed of prior events and daily priorities.
  • Communicate upcoming in-store events and promotions with all counter staff and assign individual counter maintenance duties.
  • Uncover networking/outsourcing opportunities and recruit, develop, and retain top talent for the counter.
  • Achieve overall retail sales and event goals, ensuring all team members are achieving Club Clarins goals.

Requirements

  • Cosmetic experience required, minimum of 4-6 years of successful in-store sales experience, as well as managerial experience.
  • Knowledge of multiple projects, review, and preparation of event schedules, meeting critical deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills and sales experience, strong sales ability, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior cosmetics experience, knowledge of and ability to handle multiple projects.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
