Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Brand Experience Coordinator to join our marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing brand events, collaborations, and other marketing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, organizing, and executing brand events, including in-store activations, pop-ups, trunk shows, product launches, and exclusive gatherings.
  • Coordinate event logistics, such as venue scouting, vendor management, dcor, catering, paper goods, and entertainment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all event materials align with brand aesthetics and values.
  • Manage event invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth execution and a positive experience for all attendees.
  • Track and report on the budget for events.
  • Identify and manage relationships with potential brand partners, influencers, and collaborators.

About You:

  • 1-2 years of experience in events, partnerships, marketing, or a related field (fashion or lifestyle brand experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and creating memorable brand experiences.

What We Offer:

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
