Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Overview:
As a pivotal member of Achieving True Self, the BCBA plays a crucial role in delivering essential behavioral health services to children and families. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where our staff can thrive and make a significant impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored ABA treatment plans based on behavioral analysis for young clients.
2. Provide training and oversight to BCBA supervisees and Registered Behavior Technicians, ensuring effective treatment implementation.
3. Engage with parents and guardians, offering guidance and support to enhance the treatment process.
4. Collaborate with a team of professionals committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, with BCBA certification.
- Valid licensure as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst.
- A passion for mentoring and developing new Behavior Health Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
- A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Expectations:
- Availability for evening sessions at least three days a week.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment through ethical practices.
- Ability to maintain detailed records and data collection for treatment progress.
