Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Field Operations Manager to oversee the management of our large commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the construction process, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and mentor field staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall on-site management of large commercial construction projects
  • Meet project schedule deadlines and ensure project quality standards are met
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders on the project site
  • Lead and mentor field staff to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
  • 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years of field experience
  • Solid understanding of the construction process and construction materials and systems
  • Effective staffing management and productivity management skills
  • Experience managing large commercial construction projects and project costs and finances
  • Solid understanding of technology, including computers, mobile devices, and construction software
