  • Report hazardous conditions or equipment to the Food Service Director.
  • Maintain food storage areas in a clean and properly arranged manner.

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • SERVESAFE Certified.
  • Cooking background in long-term care facility or culinary education.
  • Knowledge of food sanitation and batch cooking.
  • Long-Term Care Cooking experience preferred.
