Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Barbecue Cutting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cutting meats to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cut meats to order, adhering to our high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with our pit masters and other team members to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in meat cutting and preparation.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in meat cutting and preparation, preferably in a fast-paced culinary environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our guests.
