POSITION SUMMARY
Our cafe personnel represent the company to our clientele, ensuring a delightful coffee experience for every visitor.

They engage in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, processing customer orders, preparing beverages and food items, performing barista duties, managing cash transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe.

Staff members are expected to possess comprehensive knowledge about our coffee, food offerings, retail products, and other services to uphold our commitment to excellence.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Delivering an outstanding coffee experience within the cafe.
  • Crafting all coffee and specialty beverages according to the highest standards.
  • Providing prompt and courteous service to customers.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the cafe and its equipment.
  • Adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Encouraging personal growth and career advancement through participation in training sessions and self-initiated learning.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
6 months to 1 year of prior experience in espresso preparation is preferred, along with customer service experience in a dining or retail environment.
