Job Title: Line Assistant

Keke's Breakfast Cafe is seeking a Line Assistant to join our team at the Windermere location.

Job Summary:

As a Line Assistant, you will provide exceptional service to our guests by assisting servers in their duties and responsibilities. Your primary objective will be to create a positive dining experience for our guests while supporting your co-workers to do the same.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, working cooperatively with servers.
  • Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required.
  • Prepare coffee, decaf coffee, and iced tea as needed.
  • Restock ice for servers' coolers.
  • Maintain clean server line areas, ensuring surfaces, utensils, and containers are constantly cleaned and organized.
  • Monitor and observe guests' dining experiences, ensuring they are satisfied with their food and service.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
  • Be ready and willing to assist co-workers as situations arise.
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 6 hours).
  • Effective communication skills in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
  • Exceptional grooming habits.
Availability:

Must be available to work 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, every day, including holidays.

Full-time applicants must consider Keke's as their primary place of employment.

All employees must have dark blue jeans with a black belt and black non-slip shoes on the first day of work.

No visible tattoos when wearing a short-sleeve polo shirt.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour.
