Human Resources Generalist Overview

We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Human Resources Generalist to enhance our HR department. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience, particularly in the area of employee onboarding.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding:
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
    • Facilitate orientation sessions and manage all necessary documentation.
    • Improve onboarding resources and programs to enhance the overall experience.
  • HR Administration:
    • Keep accurate employee records and assist with benefits administration.
    • Support the performance management process and aid in providing constructive feedback.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Offer guidance on HR policies and assist in resolving employee concerns.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to employment regulations.
    • Assist in conducting audits and preparing reports.
  • General HR Support:
    • Engage in various projects and recruitment initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an HR generalist with an emphasis on onboarding.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant software.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is advantageous.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
