Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized support and assistance to participants in areas such as personal care, daily living skills, and social skills.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized support plans.
  • Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ensure participants' health and safety, including prevention of abuse and emergency response.
  • Provide transportation and support for recreational and community activities.
  • Prepare meals and maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer aptitude and English language proficiency.
