About the Role

This position involves working closely with our Director of Finance to ensure the efficient operation of our Finance Department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, including daily cash flow and bank account reconciliations
  • Preparing detailed analyses and reconciliations of general ledger accounts and balance sheet accounts
  • Posting transactions into the general ledger and ensuring accurate accounting practices
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements and participating in the annual financial audit process

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting. Strong attention to detail, reconciliation skills, and proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheets are also essential.
