About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee our automotive technical team. As an Automotive Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical experts who troubleshoot complex issues, advise dealerships, and contribute to reducing buybacks.
Your primary objective will be to ensure that our team delivers exceptional results, meets customer expectations, and drives business growth. You will achieve this by developing and implementing strategies, providing training and guidance, and analyzing data to optimize team performance.

Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of technical advisors/technicians in troubleshooting complex issues and advising dealerships.
- Analyze data to optimize team performance and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce buybacks and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
