Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at WorldMark Indio Resort. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our resort units, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, to meet our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Replenish supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries, and maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens, and ensure they are properly stored and maintained.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring total guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, with a focus on resolving issues and improving the guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, guests, and owners.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, with a focus on physical stamina and endurance.
