Key Responsibilities
  • Administer market research interviews to qualified respondents using established scripts.
  • Enter names, addresses, opinions, answers, and reactions of respondents into our computer system, clarifying any vague or unclear responses.
  • Effectively use our CATI interviewing system to ensure high-quality data collection.
  • Follow instructions from supervisory staff to maintain company productivity and quality levels.
Requirements
  • High school graduate preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret English aloud with exceptional confidence.
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute.
Work Schedule

We are currently hiring for our CONSUMER shift, which includes Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, Saturday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Our preferred work shift is 5 hours long, but we may make exceptions in certain cases.
