Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of EVS aides to ensure that all areas of the hospital are clean and safe.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the hospital are maintained to a high standard.
- Monitor and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all areas of the hospital are maintained to a high standard.
- Provide training and guidance to EVS aides to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration or management preferred.
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to lift up to 50 pounds. The incumbent will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and to follow all safety protocols.
