Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our busy Learning Center. As a Manager/Director, you will be responsible for meeting revenue, operations, and marketing goals. The four main components of this role include:

  • SALES: Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • MARKETING: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • MANAGEMENT: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Learning Center, including staff management and customer service.
  • EDUCATION: Ensure that our instructional programs meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Previous management and sales experience is advantageous.
  • Educational experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
  • High levels of self-motivation and initiative.
  • A valid state driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
