Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Executive Stewards, Stewards, Night Cooks, and Galley Hands. These roles involve managing food service and housekeeping operations on offshore vessels, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of catering crew members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage food service and housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Supervise a team of catering crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful operations.
  • Prepare and serve meals, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Conduct inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality, preferably in an offshore environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
