Job Overview:

In the role of Corporate Account Services Representative, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to designated Corporate Account clients. Your duties will encompass addressing customer inquiries, resolving billing and pricing discrepancies, managing contracts, and enhancing business relationships through service enhancements and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Corporate Account clients via phone and email, ensuring inquiries are addressed and resolutions align with customer expectations.
  • Engage in lead qualification and prospecting activities, supporting service level upgrades and product suggestions.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients through consistent communication.
  • Facilitate contract modifications, uphold customer contracts, and ensure accurate customer data in billing systems.
  • Assist in generating reports, providing support to management, and contributing to account retention objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to oversee invoices, collections, and outstanding balances.
  • Execute other assigned tasks and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, coupled with relevant experience in customer service or collections.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Basic understanding of Corporate Account sales cycles and negotiation strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management.
