Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate JAD sessions with customers to gather requirements
  • Define and document detailed business and technical requirements
  • Design and architect CTI-based solutions to meet requirements
  • Lead a team of engineers in implementation activities
  • Expert hands-on experience with Genesys installation, configuration, and development
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure on-time, quality delivery
  • Assist sales team with customer meetings and technical presentations
  • Mentor other technical team members

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience with Genesys Routing solutions
  • Experience with Genesys Reporting, Genesys Voice Portal, Genesys SIP Server, and Genesys eServices
  • Desired experience with Genesys iWD, Genesys Workforce Management, Genesys Desktop (iWS, WDE, and WWE), Genesys Interaction Recording, Genesys Rules System, and PBX to Genesys SIP Migration
  • Proficiency in J2EE (Java, Servlets, JSP, EJB, JSF) and .NET (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET)
