The Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in ensuring that our cloud technology solutions meet the highest standards of quality, security, performance, and best practices. This individual will work closely with other architects and implementation team members to create scalable, secure, and adaptable technology solutions that align with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cloud architecture plans that meet business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide industry subject matter expertise and knowledge of methods including governance, enterprise architecture strategy, development and management, business process design and re-engineering, and information technology strategy.
  • Consult on thorough reviews of documentation and design specifications to ensure thoroughness and best practices.
  • Review implementation to identify critical gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience working as an Enterprise or Solutions Architect in a large organization.
  • Strong expertise in AWS Cloud environment, with additional cloud platforms a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework, system design principles, integration strategies, and security best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Engineering or related field.
  • California State agency or federal consulting experience a plus.
  • Experience with Red Hat suite of products, especially Openshift, desired.
