We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Carondelet Holy Cross Hospital. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to healthcare team members
- Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless transitions and effective care
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with healthcare team members
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license
- 1 year of professional nursing experience in an acute care setting, preferably in Emergency, Critical Care, or Telemetry
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
