Holy Cross Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a RN Emergency Room FT Evenings, you will provide direct patient care, implement and monitor patient care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and coordinate patient care needs with the healthcare team
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and provision of ordered treatments
- Document patient care in the healthcare record
- Participate in care coordination and transition planning
Requirements:
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license
- 1 year of professional nursing experience in an acute care setting
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
