Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Job Description
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator ER Behavioral Health Specialist ensures high-quality patient care and coordination of all functions in the emergency department during their designated shift. Key responsibilities include assisting with admission and discharge processes, participating in ongoing assessment of patient care services, collaborating with subject matter experts, and supporting patient-focused initiatives. Additionally, they will provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, manage staff scheduling, and support proper inventory control.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess an Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma, Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 60 months, Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 60 days, Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 60 months, and be a registered nurse with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

What You Will Do
Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care. Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service. Engage in service recovery when necessary. Assist with staff scheduling. Manage practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines. Support proper inventory control.
